
Mount Rushmore has been moved, apparently, to Washington, D.C., where they overlook the U.S. Capitol, the Washington Monument and the Jefferson Memorial.
OK, the real Rushmore is still in the Black Hills. But in Shenzhen, China — I realize we’re jumping around here — there is a theme park called Windows of the World, featuring scale models of the world’s best-known tourist destinations. One of the exhibits in the Americas section of the park features Mount Rushmore looking down at Washington, D.C.
From the photos I saw — including this great shot from the Escatic Pixel blog — don’t really give a sense of the scale. The Capitol looks to be about 15 feet tall.
