The Global Business Travel Association released its latest quarterly report this week, which indicates that business travel will continue to climb in 2012, but at a slower pace than has been the case thus far in 2011.

The report, Business Travel Quarterly Outlook–United States, shows that business travel spend has been on the rebound this year and is expected to grow 6.9 percent over 2010 figures, reaching an estimated $250.2 billion by the end of December. T

Judging from experiences last year, the United States Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) showed that 40 out of 100 recorded flight delays occurred in Newark, New Jersey. Out of these flights, Delta Air Lines owns the top spot for both of its departures from Newark to Atlanta scheduled at 5pm and 6:25pm. Air traffic congestion has been pinpointed as the culprit, with United Airlines suggesting that the FAA redesign the region’s airspace layout and upgrade its obsolete air traffic control system.

According to the BTS, there was an overall increase of 8.6% in late departures ending May year on year. Late arrivals recorded a rise of 9.6% during the same period. T

Brandenburg Gate, Berlin

Well, Ive been in Europe for more than three months now, and most of it Ive been here, living in Berlin. Ive said it a million times, but theres something truly special and unique about this city. People ask why Im still here and the only answer I can give is that this city just like the place to be. I feel it.

This city. Berlin. Things are happening here. Ideas are everywhere. People here. People here are creating things. Doing things. Finding inspiration. Interesting people. Everywhere. Here. I so much want to be a part of this culture, this place of change. I want to make a difference.
